TERMS & CONDITIONS


1.ON-LINE ORDERS
In order for us to deliver your merchandise in the fastest way possible we ask that you please be sure to fill out all of the information accurately and completely. Once you have submitted your online order, we will notify you immediately that your order has been received by us and will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.


2. ON-LINE SECURITY
We are using a premium security package to ensure that our customers are given the highest level of security offered on the market today. PayPal system which we are using has its own highly sophisticated system of on-line security.

3.PAYMENT METHODS
For online orders we can accept PayPal, Personal Cheques, Bank Transfers and Money Orders. With personal cheque, money order and bank transfer transactions, we will hold your online order until payment has been received at our offices.

4. ORDERING BY MAIL
If you prefer to order by mail you can write the items you wish to purchase on a separate sheet of paper, giving your name, shipping address and telephone number. For mail orders we accept personal cheques, money orders and bank transfers. Please allow 7 working days for first class mail to reach our offices. For easy and convenient mail orders, please use our printable form available through the link below. You may also shop online and select an option at the end titled "cheque/Money Order". We will hold this type of online order until your payment has reached us. You can make a cheque or money order payable to Medicina (UK) Ltd, mailed to the address we give you.

7.SAMPLE REQUESTS
A nominal charge of £3 per sample plus the shipping charge applies. It is fully refundable (except the shipping charge) on your first order. If you are a business customer, please send us an enquiry to wholesale@medicina-uk.com

9. WHOLESALE / BULK ORDERS
We offer substantial discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us for a quote at orders@medicina-uk.com

10. ORDER ADDITIONS AND ADJUSTMENTS
Because we process and ship your order within moments of receiving it, we will do our best to accept your add-ons, adjustments or deletions the same business day that the order was placed from the hours of 9AM-5PM GMT. After this time, we will not be able to satisfy your request for cancellations, changes, adjustments etc.

11. CANCELLATIONS
We can only accept order cancellations until 5pm GMT on the day of order placement.

12. RETURNS

  • All claims for damage or defective merchandise must be made within 15 days of receipt. You should maintain the original packing materials and all products until your claim is resolved. In some cases the delivery carrier will require to see these materials to process a claim for damage.
  • If you have any other reasons to return the products, please email us at info@medicina-uk.com explaining why you want to return the product. You will then be asked to ship the goods back and will receive a full refund as soon as the product has reached us. Please send it in its original packaging.

13. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
Sometimes we may issue an Out-of-stock notice on your invoice. This may be due to a surge in orders for a particular product. While the item may still be in stock at the time of ordering, by the time we have processed the order it may run out. While we make every effort to re-stock our product supply in a timely fashion, occurrences like this may still happen. In this case you will be fully refunded for the ordered item. You will be advised on the invocie when the item is due to arrive in our warehouse.

14. BACKORDERS
If the item which is temporarily unavailable is due to arrive in our warehouse within the next 1-2 weeks, we will advise you by email. If you agree to wait the extra time, a "Backorder" notice will be issued on your invoice that will clearly explain that the order will be shipped once our stock is replenished. In this case you will be charged for the order. Please let us know what you want to do - wait for the product or be refunded.

18. SHIPPING CHARGES FOR BULK ORDERS
Orders over 100kg in weight will be treated as freight orders, and we will make every effort to shop around for the best shipping quote for you. Please send an enquiry by email to orders@medicina-uk.com


19. GOOD WILL
Generally, our activities are largely based on trust and good will. Having satisfied customers who will help us spread the word about our products is the priority to us, so we prefer not to squabble with our clients over minor issues. If you are unhappy with the product or service, please let us know and we will make everything possible to come to an amicable solution. All you have read above is a formal policy statement. In reality we are very helpful and easy to deal with.
