1. SHIPPING CHARGES

countries that we ship products to and the delivery/pricing options
which you may select from. If your country is not listed in the drop
down list within the shopping cart, send an email to

3. DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
Yes, we do offer samples, however we require a nominal charge
expenses. Each sample is £3.00, and the party requesting the
sample must pay for freight. The £3.00 charge is fully
refundable on the customer's first order.
4. SHIPMENT TIMES

8. DUTIES AND TAXATION
Medicina (UK) Ltd is not responsible for
any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country
may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the
ORDERS HELD AT YOUR COUNTRY BORDER BY AUTHORITIES
While we try
our best to deliver your order as described in the order confirmation
e mail sent to you, we are unable to guarantee that the parcel will
reach you in the exact time frame stated.
Any country/nation, at
anytime, can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect as
warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine,
or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with customs
officials. These held up orders are not the responsibility of
Medicina UK Ltd and can only be resolved by you and your local
