Terms & Conditions - International Orders


1. SHIPPING CHARGES

During checkout your shopping cart will provide you with a list of available countries that we ship products to and the delivery/pricing options which you may select from. If your country is not listed in the drop down list within the shopping cart, send an email to sales@medicina-uk.com and we will contact you with rates, estimated delivery times, and methods. After you make your selection in the shopping cart, the rates and shipping options will be displayed, and you may select one accordingly.

2. BULK ORDERS / WHOLESALE

Bulk prices are applicable for orders larger than 100kg. Please refer to the "Wholesale" section for information on discounts. For shipping charges on bulk orders please contact us at sales@medicina-uk.com


3. DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?

Yes, we do offer samples, however we require a nominal charge to cover expenses. Each sample is £3.00, and the party requesting the sample must pay for freight. The £3.00 charge is fully refundable on the customer's first order.


4. SHIPMENT TIMES

The list will tell you the approximate delivery time for the selected shipping option. Although we will ship the product immediately and will notify you about it by email, we cannot be held responsible for the delays.


5. TRACKING SERVICE

The Track and Trace service is avaialble with some Royal Mail/ Parcel Force options. To find out more information about the service, go to http://www.parcelforce.com/portal/pw/track?catId=7500082


6. RETURNS

We are unable to accept returns of goods from our international customers, except under two circumstances.
- If it was a result of our clerical error. In this instance we will credit your shipping and remedy the problem immediately.
- If you order accidentally and have good cause to return the merchandise we can do so, but we will be unable to credit you for the shipping charges that incurred in processing your package.


7. CANCELLATIONS

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within the same business day that the order was placed. All orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours, and once your order has been processed, there will be no cancellation service available.

8. DUTIES AND TAXATION

Medicina (UK) Ltd is not responsible for any duties, taxes or other associated import fees that your country may impose. These additional costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.


9. ORDERS HELD AT YOUR COUNTRY BORDER BY AUTHORITIES

While we try our best to deliver your order as described in the order confirmation e mail sent to you, we are unable to guarantee that the parcel will reach you in the exact time frame stated.
Any country/nation, at anytime, can hold your order for reasons that they may suspect as warranted. This usually involves a parcel search, product quarantine, or items within the parcel that may cause some concern with customs officials. These held up orders are not the responsibility of Medicina UK Ltd and can only be resolved by you and your local postal authorities.


PLEASE NOTE:
In the event that your country's quarantine authorities quarantine, dispose of or discards the goods which are not allowed into your country, this will become the sole responsibility of the buyer, and Medicina (UK) Ltd will not issue a replacement nor refund on such occasions. It is the responsibility of the buyer to know what is allowed into their respective country and what is not.
